Hi, I’m Prof. Sol — an educator, life coach, and passionate advocate for the neurodivergent community. With over 20 years of experience in higher education and a personal journey shaped by dyslexia, autism, and ADHD, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to the work I do.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping others navigate the world in ways that honor their unique brains. That’s why I created the NeuroSpicy Community — a safe space designed to empower neurodivergent individuals through support, connection, and real understanding.
