Getting Out of Burnout 101

In this course, we’ll explore what stress really is, why it shows up the way it does, and how burnout affects our brains and bodies. Rather than avoiding stress altogether (which often isn’t realistic), we’ll focus on how to move through it. You’ll learn practical tools to complete the stress cycle, reduce overload, and begin to feel like yourself again.

ADHD in Relationships

Having a mixed-neurotype relationship can be a big challenge. But it can also come with some huge advantages. In this course, we will go over some of the common challenges and common advantages of being in a relationship with an ADHDer, as well as how to overcome them. Self-Identifying as Autistic

Many of us KNOW we are autistic, whether we are diagnosed or just well-educated. It will help you understand the autistic experience from the inside and give you the tools you need to articulate your condition.

Supporting an Autistic Loved One

Discovering you’re autistic—especially later in life—can be a powerful moment of clarity. But moving forward often means needing deeper understanding and support from the people around you. This video is part of a series designed to help bridge that gap. Whether you’re autistic and want to share this with loved ones, or you’re here to learn how to better support someone you care about, you’re in the right place. These short, accessible lectures offer insights into the autistic experience—told from our perspective—so you can truly understand, connect, and support in meaningful ways.

Autistic Rumination

Rumination is the act of getting caught in a thought-loop, usually an unpleasant memory or intrusive thought that is examined over and over. This course aims to give you the tools to 1) Recognize Rumination, 2) Interrupt & stop ruminating, 3) Build resilience against ruminating, 5) integrate unpleasant memories.his blueprint is designed to help women build the confidence they need to succeed in their careers. It covers everything from overcoming self-doubt to networking, negotiating salaries, and much more
