Community Purpose

NeuroSpicyCommunity is a space for individuals to connect, share experiences, and support each other regarding neurodivergence, mental wellness, and personal growth. This Community is peer-led and informational in nature.

Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

• Not Professional Advice: The content shared in this Community, including posts, comments, resources, and discussions, is for informational and peer support purposes only.
• Not a Substitute for Professional Help: This Community does not offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. No member, moderator, or admin is acting as a licensed healthcare professional.
• Seek Qualified Help: Always consult with a qualified physician, therapist, or mental health provider regarding any medical or mental health condition.

Membership Guidelines

• Be respectful, kind, and inclusive.
• Do not post harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
• Personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech will result in ban/removal.
• Maintain privacy – do not share others’ personal information without consent.
• Age Requirement: Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Members found to be under 18 may be removed without refund.
• Private Messaging: All Community guidelines apply equally to private messages sent between members. Harassment, hate speech, unsolicited promotion, solicitation, or any behavior that would violate these Terms in a public post is equally prohibited in direct messages. Members who receive unwanted or inappropriate messages are encouraged to report them to an admin immediately.

Acceptable Content

To keep the NeuroSpicy Community safe, supportive, and focused on its purpose, we ask that all members follow these content guidelines:

• Stay On-Topic: Content should relate to neurodivergence, mental wellness, personal growth, or community support.
• No Politics: Political debates, campaigns, or partisan discussions are not permitted. These often create division and distract from our community’s purpose.
• Keep It Non-Sexual & Non-Graphic: This is a support space, not an adult one. Sexual, kink, or fetish content isn’t permitted, and all images, including profile pictures, should be appropriate for a general audience. Please also avoid sharing dating or sexual experiences, and steer clear of distressing topics such as crime, violence, abuse, or upsetting news stories. These conversations can be hard on other members and are better suited to a trusted friend or a professional.
• Respectful Communication: Share experiences and opinions thoughtfully. Disagree without being disagreeable.
• No Harmful Content: Do not post content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive.
• Evidence & Opinions: Sharing personal experiences is encouraged, but please avoid presenting unverified claims as fact.
• Privacy Matters: Respect your own and others’ privacy — don’t share sensitive personal information without consent.
• No Spam or Self-Promotion: Avoid posting promotional or commercial content unless specifically allowed by admins.
• No Promotion or Solicitation: Members may not use the Community to promote, advertise, recruit for, or solicit interest in any external group, platform, program, course, product, or service — including but not limited to other Skool communities, coaching offers, affiliate links, or business opportunities. This applies to public posts, comments, and private messages. Violations may result in immediate removal from the Community.
• Authentic Content: This Community is built on genuine lived experience and peer connection. Members are strongly encouraged to share their own authentic thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The use of AI-generated content (such as responses written by ChatGPT or similar tools) is discouraged. Posts or comments that appear to be AI-generated may be removed at admin discretion, as they undermine the authentic, human-centered nature of this space.

Admins reserve the right to remove posts or comments that do not align with these standards, and repeated violations may result in loss of membership.

Content Use and Intellectual Property

• All content shared in the Community remains the intellectual property of its original creator.
• By posting, you grant NeuroSpicyCommunity a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Community.
• Do not repost or distribute Community content outside of Skool.com without permission.

Privacy and Data

• Skool.com’s privacy policy governs data handling.
• We do not sell or distribute member data.
• Be mindful of what you share publicly in the Community.
• Screenshots & Content Sharing: To protect the privacy and trust of all members, screenshotting, recording, or sharing any member’s posts, comments, images, or personal disclosures outside of this Community is strictly prohibited without the explicit written consent of the original poster. Violations may result in immediate removal.

Refunds & Payments

Membership payments grant you access to the NeuroSpicy Community and its resources. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.

We encourage you to review the Community purpose and guidelines carefully before joining to ensure it’s the right fit for you. By becoming a member, you acknowledge that the value you receive is in the form of immediate access to community discussions, peer support, and shared resources.

Disclaimers and Liability

• Use at Your Own Risk: Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. NeuroSpicyCommunity and its admins are not liable for any actions taken based on content within the Community.
• No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of any content.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from your participation in this Community shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

Modifications and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Violation of these Terms may result in temporary or permanent removal/ban from the Community.
• Termination of membership does not entitle you to a refund.
